Absolutely loved our stay! Felt very safe, thanks in part also to a lovely welcome from your reception staff. Room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, and extremely quiet. Blackout curtains blocked out almost all light! (Although there is the usual "red TV light - if that bothers you, you will know what this is..!) We therefore slept great!! A few small tips to make the stay amazing, and I think you could add a much higher price (maybe this is beyond your target market of course). Firstly, 2 pillows per person is a luxury, but I think a lot of people like to sleep on two (me included). Also think about the customer experience when living in the room more generally. For instance, there wasn't really anywhere to put things in the bathroom. For two people, each with a washbag, toothbrushes, makeup.. this having somewhere to put stuff, is a must. A simple shelf on the wall would solve this. Also, it's nice to have a spare toilet roll, but it gets wet, because it's located down near the floor, next to the sink. And then in the bedroom.. two people = also two people, who need to put stuff in places. There was a big part of the room in effect wasted - a nice large area near a window, that could have housed a second chair. Here the 2nd person can put things (like clothes they take off at night), without having to share a small chair. And on that note, in the other spare corner, you could have had a lamp, which would have added extra style, and more light. And finally, somewhere to put your shoes has a double effect. It's nice to have as it is organised and tidy, but it also encourages people to take off their shoes, which ultimately helps to save your carpets, and cleaning costs. And finally breakfast. I think that hotels that provide a breakfast, should provide it in the price, but I get why there is a separate charge, for instance if the room for breakfast is too small etc.

Location was brilliant, able to get the bus from the airport to more or less outside the hotel with only a short walk. Really easy to find on maps and the hotel was lovely and clean. They kept our luggage for us before check in and when we returned to check in they had already taken our luggage to the room - this was a nice touch. Super easy check in and staff were super helpful and we enjoyed the idea of their honesty bar where we could go in and grab extra cups/glasses and things like extra teabags and sugar.

Eve

Excellent location, very well managed, pleasant and very capable staff and wonderful breakfasts. We also enjoyed the great access to the Museum Quarter as well as the access to less tourist-oriented areas for eating, drinking, washing clothes and seeing a different side of the city. Also, for those interested in a lovely walk or a really pleasant run, Vondelpark is two or three minutes away and well worth a visit.

I really loved the location of the Hotel it was perfect to walk around Amsterdam and have different pit stops during the day. The facilities are great just as I expected them to be and they have a very well kept hotel. The rooms were perfect for the trip and it had everything we needed. They cleaned our room everyday so that was a plus. I would definitely repeat when going back to Amsterdam!

Breakfast was excellent - fresh waffles to die for. The room being a suite had plenty of space and a huge bathroom. Reception staff friendly and knowledgable able to assist with every equiry and question even sorting a taxi out to the airport on our day of departure. Our room was silent - great sleep without disruption.
