This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I came for 5 days with my partner and immediately felt comfortable from walking through the lobby. It felt like a very chilled but upscale hotel, the staff were all lovely and wished me a happy birthday also. They gave us some tips for bars specifically for black music and I felt so safe. The room was a great size and the bathroom was gorgeous, I was worried when I read reviews it was small but realised those may be from people coming outside of Europe that may have really big bags. It was a great space and felt like a little home for the stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here as it was perfectly situated with restaurants, bars and a cute jewellery shop near by. I want to stay here again, thanks so much for making my birthday special!

This is a cosy, little hotel. Beautiful interior, mostly wooden which is why it's aesthetic. The location is perfect, almost near everything walking distance. Tram station nearby to go to farther places. Also, restaurants and grocery store nearby. The room window/door opens to a nice central staircase with no rooftop. the view is nice with sunrise, also enjoyable with the rain. The front desk were very nice and helpful especially maya who suggested a few cool places for us to go to, other ladies also helped us with train bookings (didn't catch their names). I would absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone. Although, i must say the room/bathroom are pretty small and dark (not enough lighting), so careful not to over pack going there :))

We thought the location was excellent, near all the museums and Vondelpark. The trams to the Central Station were under 5 minutes away. The room was a little small, but I went prepared having read all the reviews, you just had to be very organised. Empty your suitcase and use that as a little shelf for your handbag etc. Use the draws below the kettle and cupboards. Take at least 4 hangers each of your own, the clothes rail is fine but not enough hangers. From the reviews I wasn't expecting to get any air other than opening the door to the balcony but it does open another way like a window so that was fine. I loved the idea of the Honesty Bar where you could help yourself to drinks and sign up for what you had.

My friend and I could not fault the hotel. Our twin room was first class, comfortable bed, lovely shower and everything was spotless. The tea/coffee facility was also very welcome. When booking, I requested a room with a walk in shower which was gratefully granted. The location is so handy, only minutes from Leidseplein, Vondel Park and the Museum area. The staff we encountered were very professional and friendly, Keep up the good work, you are a bonus to the Company

I loved the location , this was our second stay at the hotel and I have to say that the manager Philip was so accomadationing with a small issue we had. This manager went above and beyond to change our room, and he left lots of goodies as a way of an apology. We had proceco, soft drinks umberella, and a few more bits and bobs left in a very spacious room. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay unforgettable. We will be back in our favourite hotel in Amsterdam.
